Returns & Exchanges


We pride ourselves on spectacular customer service and high quality products. We guarantee all merchandise sold by but if you’re not satisfied, for any reason at all, we’ll gladly accept your return if it fits the following criteria:

  • All returned items must be unused; in the original state you received them in.
  • All returns must be received within 15 days of your delivery date. Returns received after 15 days will be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Custom Pops and select Sale/Promotional items may only eligible for exchange or store credit.

The more you know… 
For your protection, we suggest shipping your return via insured/certified mail through the US Postal service, UPS or FedEx. Complete the return request section on the original packing slip you received with your order and include it in the box with the item(s) you’re returning.

Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to post on your billing statement.

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted for items that are returned used or damaged. All returns must be in perfect condition, including original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for multiple product returns of $200 or more. Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value and will be fulfilled according to availability. If the exchange request cannot be fulfilled, a store credit will be issued. Casepops is not responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges, including lost or stolen packages. 

All Casepops products are covered by a 30-day manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. All products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If defects in materials and workmanship arise with any Casepops product and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Casepops will gladly replace the product in question. Warranty claims will be processed and replacements will be sent within 5-10 business days of receipt. Casepops does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any merchandise made by any company other than Casepops.

Casepops can not guarantee that your Casepops case, Pops or the phone will not be damaged if dropped.  The cases are designed to protect your iPhone from normal wear and tear only. The Pops are only designed to look great, not for additional protection.  The case, the Pops and phone may be damaged depending on the circumstances and the impact. The warranty does not cover damage to your iPhone as a result of the use of any Casepops product.  It is not designed for abuse so please pick the right case to fit your particular needs. 


Casepops does not warrant any damage done to your device.
This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser. An original or copy of a sales receipt from Casepops or a Casepops Authorized retailer must be submitted. This limited warranty does NOT cover products purchased through online auction websites.

Casepops does not cover damage due to neglect or abuse of the product. Modification of the product from its original state in any way will void the warranty. Use of any other product in the Casepops case or with the Casepops pops that is not produced by Casepops will void the warranty. This warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-Casepops product, even if packaged with or sold with the Product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Casepops product.
