I LOST MY KEYCHAIN! HOW CAN I OPEN MY LOCK?
If you lose your keychain please email us at email@example.com, we will send you a new one right away! If you use something other then plastic to open the lock it could scratch your phone and we don't want that to happen!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Shipping / Estimated delivery: All orders ship from the Casepops headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. Orders placed Monday - Friday, weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your tracking number. Standard Shipping is typically 5-10 business days and its FREE! Expedited shipping options are also available. Please see the drop down list at checkout for days and cost.
Please note: The day the order is shipped is not included in the transit time.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns: We gladly take all unused / undamaged returns within 15-days of delivery. Check out our Returns section for more information on returns and exchanges. Check out our Warranty section to see if your return is covered under the Casepops 30-day warranty.

HOW DO I CLEAN OR TAKE CARE OF MY POPS?
Care Instructions: Pops, like jewelry, may need occasional care to maintain their polished appearance. To prevent and remove dullness or tarnishing, use the outside of your Casepops microfiber pouch, or any standard jewelry cloth. Regular polishing will keep your Pops looking their best! We also have cleaning pads for SILVER POPS ONLY if you would like one please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we would be happy to send it to you
Prolong the life of your Pops by avoiding contact with acetone, solvents, detergents, chlorine, cleaning agents and salt water. Extended exposure to moisture, creams, and heat may cause damage. Extra Pops should be stored in the protective Casepops jewelry pouch to avoid scratching.

ARE MY CASEPOPS CASES AND POPS DROP PROOF?
Sorry, that would be great but the answer is no. Casepops cannot guarantee that your Casepops case or Pops or your iPhone will not be damaged if dropped. The cases are designed to protect your iPhone from normal wear and tear only. The Pops are an esthetic detail only, not for additional protection. The case and phone may be damaged depending on the circumstances and the impact. Casepops cases are NOT waterproof. It is not designed for abuse so please pick the right case to fit your particular needs. Please check our Warranty section for more information.
CAN I ADD TO, CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you’d like to add to or change your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your request (including your order #). We’ll do our very best to make the changes you’ve requested but cannot make any guarantees. If your order has already been processed, we’ll be unable to make any changes but our customer service representative will be able to provide you with the best possible solution to get you what you need.

Since we try our very best to get orders out within 24-hours, we cannot make any guarantees.
