Earlier, we spoke about our jealousy for those attending the world-famous Art Basel in Miami. Seeing as we weren't there ourselves, we thought a little post-show recap might help ease the pain of missing out on such a fun time.

As a startup centered around fashion, creativity, innovation, and style, we were disappointed to not be able to make it Art Basel. Casepops draws a lot of inspiration from the likes of the artists that attend shows like Art Basel, so it's always fun to see what is shown off.

One of the show's biggest contributors is Mr. Brainwash, a mixed-medium street artist. This year, his work didn't disappoint, as pointed out in a great video by Vibe.

Being in Miami, it would be hard not to be inspired by everything around you. Between the art, the celebrities, and the architecture, it's easy to see why the show was such a draw this year. The art there is such a big deal that one piece by Gerhard Richter sold for more than its $20 million asking price. Unbelievable!

What do you think? Is the Art Basel all hot air? Or were we missing out on something by missing the show this year?
